Located in Jungzhina, Thimphu, this mixed-use development integrates residential, commercial, and parking functions within a cohesive architectural composition. The building accommodates parking at the ground level, commercial spaces on the first floor, and residential units on the upper floors, promoting functional efficiency and convenient access to daily amenities. Its contemporary Bhutanese architectural character is expressed through layered sloping roofs, decorative timber detailing, warm terracotta accents, and light-colored wall surfaces, blending traditional architectural identity with modern living requirements.

The façade features generous glazing, repetitive balcony bays, and vertical elements that create visual rhythm while enhancing natural light, ventilation, and outdoor living. The surrounding greenery and adjacent water edge soften the building's massing and strengthen its connection to the natural landscape.
