CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Good construction starts with good supervision.

NAMAS Design & Build is looking for a responsible, hands-on Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate workers, and maintain quality, safety, and steady progress on our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work: Organize labor, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and ensure work progresses according to the agreed plan.
• Maintain construction quality: Check workmanship, dimensions, and levels against approved drawings and the Site Engineer’s instructions. Report discrepancies before proceeding.
• Manage site resources: Monitor material use, identify requirements early, and minimize wastage.
• Maintain a safe, organized site: Enforce site safety practices and good housekeeping.
• Record and report: Maintain daily records of labor, work completed, materials, and site photographs. Communicate progress and issues to the Site Engineer and Construction Director.

Qualifications & Experience

A VTI certificate in a relevant construction trade is the minimum qualification required. A diploma in Civil Engineering or a related construction field will be an advantage.

Applicants should have practical experience in building construction and site supervision, the ability to read construction drawings, and confidence in managing workers and coordinating different trades.

Experienced supervisors and foremen who meet the minimum qualification are encouraged to apply. Candidates should be dependable, proactive, attentive to detail, and willing to work at project sites.
